Andrew is sixteen and a college student at Grays Harbor College. He has servant's heart and enjoys working with his hands. He just completed his first quarter in the residential carpentry program.
He enjoys working as the church's sound man also. What guy doesn't see a huge board of buttons and not smile?
The last two summers he worked full-time for a local construction company with a bunch of nice Christian men.
He gained a lot of experience which I'm sure helped him greatly when he went down to Mexico with several friends from church this last summer to build a nice elderly lady in a wheel chair her first house that had a real floor and not just dirt.
She was so happy. I think it was only 16 by 16 feet but it was a mansion to her. Andrew plans to complete his two year degree in carpentry.
He has a bunch of book work too. I think it has been fun and a great learning experience.
He got to help make a bunch of toys for needy kids which he enjoyed. In his free time he likes hanging out with friends and playing video games.
